Aldaberto is very prompt and showed up exactly on time for our appointment. He listens to our issue, provides explanations on the probable cause, and then provides possible options for the solution. In our case a GCFI was the answer that we choose. He is very respectful to his customers and he listened to us (my wife and I), and he helped us to get a solution with which we are happy. I run a local business and I had a power issue. I called on a holiday when everyone else was closed, but was lucky to get a hold of him. Beto found the issue and came up with a solution to fix it. He had to come back the next day in the middle of the night when all the other businesses were closed since he had to shut the power down to the whole building. He went above and beyond to help fix this and I am extremely thankful. Will use him for any other future electrical issues and highly recommend his services.
